I aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours of receiving an email or message on Facebook.
All Invoices will be sent via PayPal to the email you specify showing what Services you have requested and any details you have specified so all parties agree.
As of June 1, 2015 the turn around time is 72 hours depending on how quickly both parties agree on the designs created. As they are created, I will send you a message via Facebook with the images and we will work on any updates needed.
Graphic services may be cancelled up until I have started working on them. Typically I can have all images created within 48-72 hours of a request depending on how quickly we can communicate via Facebook messenger on designs. Any cancellations would need to be made before work starts.
I primarily use Adobe Stock and other photo aggregate websites. I do not use Copyrighted images found on the internet.
Blog Tours can run for 1 Week (5 Days) or 2 Weeks (10 Days). All events will run Monday - Friday. If you are looking for a weekend event, please email me to discuss. Weekend dates will be granted on a first come, first served, limited basis due to family time.
